Niftie as a service requires communities.  We have a minimum passenger number for each service.  That minimum number will be clearly stated in all of the messaging about the service on the web site.  We have a minimum number to make sure that we are covering service cost.   Remember we are the booking agent only, and use licensed, insured transport partners.  Management will make the call on confirmation no less than 72 hours before the travel.  This is based on reaching that minimum number.

 

In the event that a service does not run, a full refund will be provided to each customer who purchased a ticket.  That refund is sent back to the credit card, which made the original purchase.

Yes. You do not need to be a Paypal member to use the service. Follow the Paypal link, and you will see a clearly marked facility to use your credit card.

The first step in your use of the Niftie service is to purchase tickets from the web site. Once payment is taken, you will receive specific information about pick up locations, times, and who to look out for when you arrive. Once you receive this information, it is incumbent on you as the passenger to be at the pre defined stop on time.

We do everything we can to make sure that we don’t leave anyone behind. Be aware of incoming calls, and that someone may be trying to find you. Most of all, just be on time.

The best possible way to streamline the use of our service is to down load the app and turn on location services. That way you won’t be lost. Ever. Of course remember that you will need some battery life in your smart phone at the end of the gig.

We are very strong on providing a positive environment for all. If you are disruptive, you will be asked to leave.

We ask that you are aware of those around you. In the event that the bus is rockin’ then please rock along. If the bus is not, please take note and fit in with those around you.  Most of all, respect the bus and the service being provided.

100% of the time, the answer to your question about can we pick you up from your house the answer is NO. We set specific locations for stopping, with car parking or bus parking in mind. Remember our driver is working hard for everyone’s enjoyment – BE KIND TO THEM.

99% of the time, if you ask to get off the bus at a particular spot and the way home, the answer will be no. The only person who can make this call is your host. We are trying to keep the prices low, and that means fewer stops.
